NoFi Layo Teraga - Washed

Imagine waking up to a brew that’s basically a rich symphony of brown sugar, rosehip and a creamy mouthfeel. This gem from Ethiopia’s Layo Teraga Cooperative is grown at a nosebleed-inducing 2,342 meters in the misty highlands of Uraga, Guji zone, where 1,814 smallholder farmers tend heirloom varietals (mostly the superstar 74110) in lush, semi-forested gardens. 

These folks founded their co-op back in 1976 to outsmart historically low prices and get fair market access and boy, does it pay off. Washed to crystalline perfection, this coffee explodes with florals, creamy sweetness, and pop of crispy citrus as it cools.
